Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the coloring book must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. Include a photo of the item so we can quickly help you with a replacement or refund.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
